I bake to-order for individuals on Saturdays. Please pre-order by Wednesday as the bread takes 2 days to prepare. Pick up your order between 11am and 4pm at the Thrift Store in Red Hook Plaza - on the upper level, next to Red Hook Mail Service. Note: If you don't see a bake day listed in the online ordering please check in with me on social media as I may still have bread available.

Island Sourdough
A sourdough loaf with an inclusion of rotating fresh-milled whole grain. I will occassionally run specials with other inclusions.

A Danish whole grain rye loaf with inclusions of sunflower and flax seeds.

Gluten Free
A gluten-free sourdough loaf. Note: I am not a certified gluten-free facility. I do my best to avoid cross-contamination with gluten-based flour but cannot 100% guarantee it.

The prices reflect the quality of ingredients and work that goes into the bread. I do, however, want good bread to be accessible to everyone. Please let me know if the cost is prohibitive for you and I will reserve some bread each week for people to pay what they can.
